WIPRO – NLTH consists of 3 rounds:

  • Online assesment round
  • Technical Interview
  • HR interview
Each and every round is an elimination round to simplify for  the most deserving candidates for the suitable role.

Online Assessment

This is first round in the Wipro -NLTH.this round consists of 3 sections

Duration:128 minutes

Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability , English (verbal) Ability.

Duration: 48 mins

Written Communication Test – Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins

Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding.

Duration: 60 mins

 

Candidate can chose any one of programming language for coding test: Java, C, C++ or Python

THECHNICAL INTERVIEW AND HR INTERVIEW

These rounds are depends on the company .while they want do both the rounds simultaneously or each round a day.

WIPRO -wlip (work integrated Learning process) is a National level common entrance test conducted by the wipro company for fresher’s and passouts across the country.The objective of this exam is to hire the most deserve candidates across the BCA AND BSC streams in INDIA,and also offers an oppurtunity for pursuing higher studies sponsored by the wipro.

WIPRO – WILP  consists of 3 rounds:

  • Online assesment round
  • Technical Interview
  • HR interview
Each and every round is an elimination round to simplify for  the most deserving candidates for the suitable role.

 

Online Assessment (80 minutes)

·       Aptitude TestVerbal, Analytical, Quantitative (Each section has 20 minutes/ 20 questions)

·       Written Communication Test (20 minutes)

TCS NQT

TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) is a multi-level assessment to assess the following competencies and skills: 

1. Competence on the core cognitive processes required for entry-level jobs

2. Industry-specific knowledge and insights.

3. Specialisation on skills required to perform various job roles

TCS NQT will be condutcted in EVERY QURTAR of the year by writing the NQT exam youcan also apply for the different corporate companies which are signing up with the tcs .

WHO CAN APPLY

  • UG, PG and Diploma students in their pre-final and final year
  • Students with any degree and specialisation/discipline
  • Freshers with less than 2 years of experience

TCS -NQT(HIRING PROCESS)

NQT (Cognitive Skills) Total Marks – 80 | Duration – 120 Min

·         Numerical Ability

·         Verbal Ability

·         Reasoning Ability

Attitudinal Alignment NQT (Psychometric Test) Duration – 30 Min

·         Personality Trait: Based on Big 5 Model

·         Motivation Test: Based on Motivation Need Theory

Subject NQT – IT Programming Total Marks – 60 | Duration – 60 Min

·         Programming Logic: Pseudo code, Algorithms, Programming constructs, basic SDLC, implementation using C, C++ and Java

·       Hands-on Coding Exercise: Any one of the programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python and PERL

AFTER clearing this round you have to face an INTERVIEW ROUND

TCS NINJA

TCS NINJA is a online exam conducted by the TCS to recruit fresher graduates(UG/PG).This will be conducted once in a year.
