This is a sample plan, not a confirmed booking or fixed syllabus. Duration, cohort size and examples are agreed with the institution.
A fictional case you can try.
The Business Case Lab asks learners to compare promotional channels, inspect contribution after marketing spend and defend a decision. It uses fictional data and illustrates the teaching approach; it is not a client result.
Learner output
A small comparison, a simple visual view and a short recommendation that states the trade-off and assumptions.
What the cohort needs.
Live instruction
Live virtual workshops are available across time zones. On-site delivery, including international visits, depends on agreed travel and applicable permissions. Learners follow guided exercises and discuss their findings.
Lab setup
Learners need a laptop with Excel and, for the Power BI activity, Power BI Desktop. If the lab cannot support Power BI, we can use the Excel workbook and dashboard instead.
A practice file and follow-up questions can be included in the agreed scope. Additional batches, substantial customisation, travel and fees are set in the proposal.
